What Is a Razz? A razz is what card / memorabilia collectors call a raffle or lottery. It breaks down the cost of one card/box/Jersey/lot into multiple spots, and one winner takes home the prize. For example, a $100 card might be broken down into 10 spots at $10 each.

A common randomizer tool Random.Org will be used to determine the winner. All names and corresponding number you chose are entered into the generator . A pair of dice is usually rolled with the randomizing tool to predetermine how many times a razz list is randomized. Must be a minimum of 5 dice rolls.

Once it’s run the predetermined amount of times as determined by the dice, the generator is executed that amount of times and the winner is the name that finishes on top.
